We are serious about safety at all times. If we deem the weather to be too wet/windy to safely conduct a tour we will cancel the tour and advise you either the day before or on the day. You will be offered a full refund or option to re-book on another date.

If you are taking a Yalingbila Whale Watching tour, your options for boarding depend on which tour you have booked. Instructions are found here. You need to allow sufficient time to get to your whale watching tour departure.

There is parking at both Mulgumpin (Moreton Island) and Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) ferry terminal departure points.

If you are travelling by ferry, we cannot guarantee that you will not get seasick. We recommend you bring seasick or ginger tablets with you.

You need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour so that you can be checked in and briefed.

All tours are open to adults and children.

For Yalingbila Whale Watching we offer a special rate for children. All other tours are the one price per person, irrespective of age or government pension.

If you are taking a whale watching tour, you may wish to ensure you have a spray jacket, hat that clips under your chin and sunglasses.

Each tour’s provisions are outlined when you book the tour. Some of our tours do not have catering. There will be access to water and toilets on each tour.

If catering is part of your tour, yes we can provide vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free options.

Unfortunately, as our cultural walking tours operate on stairs and natural terrain, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs nor sight impaired individuals (without a carer).

Most of our tours are safe for people up to 6-7 months pregnant. We do not advise taking a whale watching tour after your 2nd trimester.
